Wade on the wonders of water

D.C. taste test big hit for rural water association Wade Sam Wade knows water. He started his career operating the small community water system in Belgrade, Minn. He joined the National Rural Water Association in 1985, and became CEO of the Duncan, Okla.-based organization last year. But don't ask him to pick the best tasting water in America.
